Logs

This API allows you to interact with call logs and call recordings within the unit that you are permitted to access.

Action

The following actions are available. Choose from the list below to view full details of how to access them.

• Search historical call logs

  https://connectapi.dial9.co.uk/api/v2/logs/search

  This action will search historical call logs within the given unit.

• List historical call logs

  https://connectapi.dial9.co.uk/api/v2/logs/historical

  This action will return a list of all historical call logs from the given unit.

• Get a call recording

  https://connectapi.dial9.co.uk/api/v2/logs/recording

  This action will return the call recording, for a specific call log entry in the given unit.

• Delete a call recording

  https://connectapi.dial9.co.uk/api/v2/logs/delete_recording

  This action will delete a specific call recording from the given unit.

• List all active calls

  https://connectapi.dial9.co.uk/api/v2/logs/active

  This action will return a list of all currently active calls within the given unit.

• Generate call stats

  https://connectapi.dial9.co.uk/api/v2/logs/call_stats

  This action will return all call statistics for the current day, or a specific date in the given unit.

• Get details about a call

  https://connectapi.dial9.co.uk/api/v2/logs/call_details

  Returns a full JSON payload with full details about a call. Note though, this is not available for all calls.
