Call Queues

This API allows you to manage call queues within the unit that you are permitted to access.

• List all call queues

  This action will return a list of all call queues configured in the given unit.

• Get call queue details

  https://connectapi.dial9.co.uk/api/v2/call_queues/info

  This action will return a specific call queue matching the given ID.

• Create a new call queue

  https://connectapi.dial9.co.uk/api/v2/call_queues/create

  This action will create a new call queue in the given unit.

• Update an existing call queue

  This action will update an existing call queue matching the given ID.

• Remove a call queue

  This action will remove an existing call queue matching the given ID.
